MultiQR Pay Usage Instructions

The MultiQR Pay module allows you to generate QR codes and short links for convenient payment of orders via bank details (IBAN). Excellent for stores that operate under multiple sole proprietorships / legal entities.

Go to the module settings: Extensions -> Extensions -> Modules -> MultiQR Pay.

1. General Settings

On the first tab, enter your License key and enable the module Status. Here you also configure the display of generation buttons:

• Show button in order: Adds a button directly into the order view card to quickly create a payment link.
• Show button in the top panel: Adds a global button to the admin panel header to generate a QR code for any arbitrary amount (without linking to a specific order).

Also in this section, you can manage Short links (set their lifetime and manually clear the database of outdated links).

2. Setting up recipients (Bank details)

This is the main tab of the module. Go to the Bank Details section and click "Add Recipient".

You can create an unlimited number of profiles (templates) for different legal entities:

• Template Name: Internal name (e.g., "FOP Ivanov").
• Company Name: The official name that the customer will see when paying.
• EDRPOU / INN: The recipient's identification code.
• IBAN Account Number: The recipient's bank account.

One of the added recipients can be set as Default, so it is automatically selected when generating QR codes.

3. Payment Page Settings

This tab is responsible for the appearance of the page the customer will see after clicking the generated link:

• Upload your Logo and set the Page Title.
• Select the corporate Button color.
• Set the Payment Purpose Template using the suggested Shortcodes (e.g., Payment for order #{order_id}).
• Add Instructions for the customer and text under the QR code itself.
• If necessary, enable the options: Show support contacts (Website, Phone) and Show bank details (so the customer can copy the IBAN as text if their scanner doesn't work).

4. How to generate QR codes for customers

When all settings are completed, the payment process looks like this:

1. You open the customer's order in the admin panel and click the MultiQR Pay button.
2. In the window that appears, select the required Bank details template (of your company).
3. The Amount and Payment Purpose will be pulled automatically (according to the template with shortcodes), but you can change them manually if necessary.
4. Click Generate.
5. The module will instantly create a short link. Click Copy link and send it to the customer via messenger, SMS, or email.

When following the link from a smartphone, most banking applications (Privat24, monobank, Oschad 24/7, etc.) automatically recognize the QR code, insert the amount and IBAN — the customer only needs to confirm the payment!
