UA Invoice Pro
The module is designed to generate PDF Invoices and PDF Waybills directly from the OpenCart admin panel. It allows you to automatically create correct accounting documents based on order data with flexible customization of appearance, templates, and display logic. The module is well suited for working with individual entrepreneurs (FOP) and cashless payments.
Documents are created in PDF format and opened in a new window with one click (without reloading the page). Separate settings are provided for each document type, which allows them to be used in different business scenarios.
Main features of the module
1. Support for multiple companies (Senders)
- Adding, editing, and deleting senders.
- Support for filling in: Company name, EDRPOU / INN, Legal address, Phone, Email, IBAN, bank, MFO.
- Taxpayer status, VAT rate, Position, and "Issued by".
2. QR code for payment
- Automatic generation of a QR code directly in the document.
- QR code size adjustment.
- Payment purpose template with macro support (automatic substitution of order data into the purpose).
3. Macros and templates
- All text fields support macros for automatic data substitution.
- Support for customer, payer, and delivery address templates.
4. Appearance and tables
- Adding a logo to the document (with width and height adjustment).
- Customizing the color of the product table header.
- Displaying the "No.", product model, and SKU columns.
- Renaming and sorting standard order totals.
- Setting a document number prefix (for example: INV-).
5. Admin panel integration
- Displaying standard OpenCart buttons in the order list and on the order page.
- "Invoice" and "Waybill" buttons with individual display settings by payment methods and order status.
